If your coffee beans arrive and don’t fit your order we will replace them within one week of purchase date. The volatile nature of coffee makes it imperative that it is consumed in a timely manner. If your beans arrive and are different from what you ordered please email us and we will send you a return label. Please return them in their original condition.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
